How We Pack + Shipping

We want to ensure that your books arrive safely and in prime condition, to take the worry out of this process we recommend that all books sent to us are via tracked and recorded delivery.

We take the following steps to ensure the finished books arrive in perfect condition.

1. The book is checked carefully to ensure it meets our standards for the described condition.
2. Option to gift wrap the book at this point and enclose a blank card.
3. We then cover the book in bubble wrap to ensure there is no movement during transit.
4. The books are put in cardboard boxes of an appropriate size for the order.
5. We send your books via recorded delivery.

Please note, the time it takes to create your personalised book can vary. On average, please allow for 20 workings days to create the bespoke book, plus postage transit subject to location.
